Former President Donald Trump is back to work… Kind of. He has established an official post-presidency office in Florida, which according to a statement that came from the brand new “Office of the Former President,” will be responsible for taking care of Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities.

Another role of the office will be to “advance the interests of the United States… and carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism,” the statement said.

There was no such thing as a dull day in the life of Trump when he was President, and there will always be drama following him throughout his post presidential life too.  Case in point was Monday.  The Supreme Court tossed out two lawsuits that had accused Trump of violating the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution. That ends a four-year legal battle for Trump over how some of his past businesses were handled when he was president.

Not all of the news for Trump was positive. The House of Representatives delivered the case for his impeachment trial to the Senate.  Opening arguments will be held the week of Feb. 8 for his trial, the second for him and the first ever for a former President.
