Dwayne Johnson doesn’t play around. The Rock was the biggest star in professional wrestling when he came to Hollywood in the the early 2000’s to try to tame that beast too.

Mission accomplished.  He’s also in the shoe business, the spirits biz, and up next, according to him, could be politics.

If The Rock ran in 2024, where would his personal net worth stack up to past Presidents?

2020 was the worst year the film industry experienced in decades. The pandemic shut down shoots, and kept movie theaters around the world shuttered.  Yet, The Rock was the highest-earning actor in the world, again, bringing home an estimated $87.5 million.

The self-described “most electrifying man in sports entertainment”  when he was a wrestler, is the king of the side hustle, and The Rock substitutes sleep for working out, promoting, marketing and making money.

Let’s talk tequila.  Johnson launched his Teremana brand in March of 2020, and they were on pace to sell a whopping 400,000 cases in year one.  It will soon be in the rare air of selling one million cases in a year.  In 2020, only six tequila’s worldwide were able to make that claim.  It’s a runaway smash hit.

Back in 20112, The Rock started his production company called Seven Bucks Productions. Did you know they produced the movie Shazam? Yeah, his acting fee of $20-$30 million per film is a small percentage of what he makes in the entertainment industry.

And now he’s also in the TV game in a big way, with his NBC show “Young Rock” off and running in its first season.

He set out to conquer the shoe industry with the design of his Rock 2 Training shoes for Under Armour, and right out of the gate he managed to do something that had been unattainable for Under Armour since the company launched; produce a shoe that people want to buy.

All of his endeavors have created a net worth of $400 million for Dwayne Johnson, and it’s safe to assume that will grow a conservative $200 million by the time the 2024 Presidential Election rolls around.

If Johnson runs, and wins, with a net worth of $600 million as he moves into the White House, that would make him the third-richest President in current net worth.

You know who’s number 1 on the list is.  Donald Trump tops the list with a peak net worth of $3.1 billion.

Second, surprisingly, is John F. Kennedy, who’s calculated current net worth would be an astounding $1.1 billion.

Johnson would be third, just barely had of George Washington, who owned 8,000 acres of prime farmland in the late 1700’s and was worth an estimated $587 million in current dollars.
