Jeff Bezos hasn’t been the CEO of Amazon for almost a year. Yet, stories about what outfit his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez wore to a pool party will get a thousand times more news coverage than the low-key Jassy receives for running one of the world’s biggest and most profitable companies.

A story in TheStreet took a deep dive into Jassy’s compensation, and it revealed his salary as CEO is $175,000.

But there is no need to launch a Go Fund Me campaign for the long-time Amazon employee; the story also mentions the 61,000 shares of restricted Amazon stock Jassy has that will vest over the span of 10 years, which should pay him roughly $212 million if things continue to go according to plan.

If $175K seems like chump change for a CEO of a trillion-dollar company, it’s more than double Bezos’s salary. The former CEO made a base of $81,840, which is still his pay now as executive chairman of the company.

Because Bezos was the only CEO since the company launched in 1994, the Amazon board had to get creative trying to put a dollar amount to Jassy’s role as CEO. One thing they did was analyze the base pay compensation for other big tech CEOs, including Satya Nadella of Microsoft ($44 million annually), Doug McMillon of Walmart ($22 million),  Tim Cook of Apple ($14 million), and Sunda Pichai of Alphabet ($7 million).
