The second-biggest celebrity trial ever was Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard, not even close to the cultural, social, or entertainment tsunami of the OJ Simpson saga and trial but ahead of any other celebrity court case.

It was salacious, crazy, intriguing, and just long enough to hold America’s attention but not too long where it became irrelevant. And the verdict seemed to please all the Johnny Depp super fans who outnumbered his ex-wife’s fan club to touch a degree that it’s hard to tell if poor Amber has a single fan or friend in the world.

Well, she reportedly has one, and it might be the only one that truly matters because this person might be getting ready to cut her a fat check.

Not only was she facing an $8.5 million judgment, but everyone was wondering and guessing what she would do to make some money.

It sounds like she’s writing a book and naming names. According to OK Magazine (who have been wrong in the past), Heard has signed a multi-million dollar deal to publish a “tell-all revenge book.”

Here’s what a source told the magazine.

“Amber considers her career in Hollywood over. She’s already in talks and is excited about it. At this point, she has nothing to lose and wants to tell all. To the extent that Heard wants to discuss this case and her relationship with Depp in a tell-all statement or book, she needs to be extremely careful as to what she says about him. Depp and his attorneys will be reading and listening to everything that Heard states. If she crosses the line, which is likely, there is no question that she will be hit with another defamation suit and end up right back in court.”

It’s a brilliant move. Even if just a fraction of Depp’s super fans purchase it to see what she said about their beloved actor, it will become a best seller.
