Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey is a little weird. Not that weird is always a horrible thing, since he has created both Twitter and Square and in the process built up a net worth of $4.9 billion, according to Forbes. But back to the weird part. He’s famous for eating just one meal a day, practices a very bizarre (and painful) method of meditation, and takes ice baths after sitting in a sauna. Today the world got a very up-close and personal glimpse of his shaggy pandemic chin hair. Yes, his 6-inch beard received almost as much attention as his testimony at the Senate GOP’s hearing on Section 230 that is investigating online platforms’ censoring of speech.
What’s ironic is the fact that the platform Dorsey created (Twitter) is hosting the worldwide conversation about his beard. Colby Hall of Mediaite tweeted “The homeless problem in the Bay Area is out of control.”
Jack Dorsey’s beard actually has its own Twitter page, and for the first time in a couple years it was active today.
