Safe to say Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is not a fan of President Joe Biden, especially when it comes to his response to COVID-19.
On Wednesday, DeSantis blasted Biden, telling him he had no interest in listening to the President talk about Covid.
“Why don’t you do your job? Why don’t you get this border secure? And until you do that, I don’t want hear a blip about COVID from you, thank you.”
DeSantis and Biden have been bickering for weeks, with Biden and his press secretary taking jabs at Florida and DeSantis for COVID numbers that have been going up in that, and other states. A logical reason according to many commentators on social media is because of the border crisis, and the number of illegal immigrants pouring into the country who are affected.
DeSantis had more for Biden during his press conference on the topic. “This is a guy who ran for office saying he’s going to shut down the virus. And what has he done? Hi’s imported more virus from around the world by having a wide open southern border.”
According to some reports, in one area of the southern border the number of infected migrants was at a mind boggling 900% increase.
Jen Psaki just recently implied that DeSantis is putting school age children at risk by not forcing them to wear masks, and accused DeSantis of putting politics over public health.
She, Biden, and the rest of the world found out how DeSantis had had enough and lashed out at an administration many view as fear mongering.
