A foursome in Chiapas, Mexico, is in trouble for their stroke play, and we aren’t talking about golf. Four adult film stars in Mexico may be facing charges for going too far when they decided to shoot sex scenes in a national park.

Alex Marín, Mía Marín, Giselle Montes and Yamileth Ramírez filmed a four-way as their boat cruised down the Grijalva River at Sumidero Canyon in Chiapas, Mexico. The porn prompted the National Commission of Protected Natural Areas to seek charges against them, saying it harmed a national icon. “Films of sexual content were made that harm the image of the icon representing the pride of Chiapas and goes beyond the limits of morals and good customs,” the agency said in a released statement. “These images damage the connection that Chiapas have to our emblem, social and cultural, since the imposing Canyon is located in the heart of Chiapas as the symbol of our battles and the roots of our peoples.”

In a since-deleted tweet, actor and producer Alex Marín bragged about the trip: “What’s up, here we are; We are going to go to the Canyon to take some super hot photos, which no one has ever taken, it is the first time that models and actresses have taken photos in the Grand Canyon of the Sumidero.”

Not everyone saw the explicit content as a bad thing. Manuel Niño Gutiérrez, president of the Central Chiapas Hotel and Motel Association, said that the graphic clips may actually do the local area more good than harm. Gutiérrez even told the local media, “In a way I see it as a promotion to the destination.”

Sounds like Gutiérrez is looking forward to seeing a lot more action on the river, and the area’s next tourism video may be xxxtra exciting.
