Comedian, mixed martial arts color commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan is known most for his ability to speak in the moment without worrying about consequences. The hype surrounding his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, has led to not only a large fanbase, but a deal with Spotify rumored to be over $100 million.

How does one go about spending so much money? Upgrading to a bigger mansion, of course. Rogan recently listed his $3.2 million Bell Canyon estate in California and has relocated to a $14.4 million mansion in Austin, Texas.

With five bedrooms, five bathrooms and all of the amenities you can think of (and maybe some you can’t think of, like a meditation atrium), Rogan’s former California home, located 40 minutes from L.A., will most likely have no problem selling. It even comes with a gym that seems to scream “Joe Rogan was here,” with UFC sparring mats, punching bags and kettlebells. Who wouldn’t want that?

However, Rogan’s move to Texas is no shocker after he has voiced some dislikes about living in California. “There’s a mass exodus out of California,” he said recently, after discussing concerns about overpopulation and the way the pandemic has been handled by the government there.

These concerns, in addition to the Spotify deal, have led to one of the largest real estate transactions in Austin’s history. But that’s to be expected when purchasing a mansion consisting of 10,890 square feet of property. The estate features 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and enough space to make his wish list of a ranch, comedy club, performance auditorium and gun range a reality. Now, if that’s not an upgrade, what is?

Here’s a peek at Rogan’s home for sale in Cali.
