Have you tried to be a little bit creative in the kitchen to help introduce your toddler to different foods? I used to think that this would be such a chore; an impossible task; a burden; & time consuming. However, when trying this Italian beef pizza recipe here, (full recipe in description box of video) I was shocked at how I could incorporate beef (a food that a few toddlers might not eat) in to my toddler’s meals and have her end up actually eating it and asking for more!

For those of you that have picky eaters, take one food that they’ll absolutely love-pizza for example- and add just one topping on it that they might not eat just by itself. In this case, beef. There are also hot peppers on this pizza (for the adults) to make it a true Italian beef pizza, but the peppers were only placed on half of the pizza while the other side had just the beef and cheese. It is so easy to make and if you don’t have time to make the dough yourself as shown here, you can make this recipe even quicker and easier by purchasing the dough in the freezer section of your local grocery store, or in the prepared food section already thawed out for you and ready to go!

So next time you think it will be so difficult or almost impossible for your picky eater to try something new, please know that you don’t have to be Wolfgang Puck in the kitchen to get those picky eaters stuffing their faces in a jiffy!
