Living in Boston and New York is so pre-pandemic for Tom Brady and his wife Gisele. Ever since the G.O.A.T. made the move to sunny Florida, Brady realizes he wants nothing to do with cold weather anymore, telling reporters Thursday, Ive loved being outside every day and I think being a native Floridian, I was a native Californian for a long time in my life and I went away from it for about 25 years, and you wont catch me dead living in the northeast anymore. I am loving the warm weather. Its been a great feeling.

The last couple of days have felt like early October mornings where I have been in the northeast for a long time,he said. Ive been loving wearing a hoodie for a couple days. Its amazing to be at this point in the season and still be outside practicing.

To prove hes not joking about hating cold weather, Brady and his wife sold their $40 million Tribeca property in Manhattan for a $15 million profit after owning it for just a couple of years. That freed them up to go house hunting for something semi-permanent in Florida, and it appears they have settled on the uber-luxe area of Miami known as Billionaires Bunker, the same area where Ivanka Trump and Jarod Kushner just purchased a $31 million property.

The Brady bunch picked up a $17 million property on Indian Creek Island where they will tear down and build a new and modern home. They can look forward to neighbors like fellow supermodel Adriana Lima, as well as Julio Iglesias and Carl Icahn, and it’s a perfect spot for Brady to park his brand-new 40-foot super yacht he named Viva a Vida.

Ah, the good life. He might even find time to make a run for something to decorate his new house with—another Super Bowl ring.
