So was the docile, forgiving, fair, kind, and peace-loving brand Barack Obama built for himself a facade?

According to a new book, the nice guy image left the building when he was talking about Donald Trump.

“Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Donald Turmp” is a new book by Edward-isaac Dovere, a writer for the Atlantic.

In the book, the author chronicled some tirades towards Trump that Obama unleashed while he made big, high-profile campaign appearances for Joe Biden.

If this were a television newscast, we’d have to get our beeper ready and hope the seven-second delay is up and running, because Obama took the gloves off and undressed Trump with an R-rated verbal beatdown when he described his predecessor.

The Guardian got a hold of a copy of the book and printed some excerpts.

In conversations with donors and political advisors, The Guardian said Dovere wrote in the book that Obama called Trump a “corrupt moterf*&%^r!”

That was just the beginning.  Obama also referred to him as a “madman,” a “f*&^ing lulnatic,” and a “racist, sexist pig.”

I guess it’s fair to say he’s not a fan?

Dovere unloaded more juicy gems in the book. Obama was wary of Ted Cruz winning in 2016 because he thought Cruz was more clever than Trump.

Here’s another quote from the book Obama allegedly told donors.  “More often: ‘I didn’t think it would be this bad.’ Sometimes: ‘I didn’t think we’d have a racist, sexist pig.’”

Does anyone out there think there won’t be a rebuttal from Trump? Look for an eruption coming from the Palm Beach, Florida area very soon.
