New York City police officer Jason Rivera was killed in Harlem on January 21, when he was ambushed after responding to a domestic dispute.

NYPD officers came out to honor their fallen comrade, and thousands of cops, law enforcement, and citizens flocked to fifth Avenue, completely taking over the major street in Manhattan for his funeral.

A New York-based actress named Jacqueline Guzman was inconvenienced and bothered by the incredible showing that honored the fallen cop, and the 22-year old quickly had to voice that displeasure on a Tik Tok post.

It spread quickly as soon as it went out, and Guzman was fired this weekend.

Here’s the content of what she posted. “We do not need to shut down most of Lower Manhattan because one cop died for probably doing his job incorrectly,” she said. “They kill people who are under 22 every single day for no good reason, and we don’t shut down the city for them.”

She wasn’t done.

“Like this is f–—– ridiculous. This is f–—– ridiculous. What if somebody is having a heart attack in this area? Nobody can get to them because it’s all blocked off for one f–—– cop.”

After her post, she was met with some pretty intense commentary on social media.

Face to Face Films, the company she worked for, posted this response on their Facebook page after the video went viral.

“Face to Face Films does not support nor can condone these comments made about fallen Officer Rivera. As a result, she is no longer a member of our company.”
