Say this about 50 Cent; he’s a man of his word.

The rapper wanted nothing to do with Joe Biden’s tax plan, especially as a resident of New York City. Where it’s very hard for successful and wealthy people to hold on to their money.

In January 50 Cent threw out some trial balloons, hinting he would pack moving trucks and bale on his home state, and Tuesday he made it official, announcing on Twitter he relocated to Houston and put the Big Apple in his rear view mirror.

Posing in front of the Astrodome in Houston, he posted this message.  “I Love NY, but i live in Houston now i’ll explain later.”

If you recall, 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) put Biden on blast, posting on Instagram “I’M OUT. F*** NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway.”

Wouldn’t you know it, the Knicks have actually started winning this season, and are currently the No. 5 seed in the East.

It will be interesting to see how Jackson handles the Houston summer heat.  If nothing else, he can fan himself with hundred dollar bills he wouldn’t have if he still lived in New York.
